You will be able to touch the difference between a wheat ear and a spelt one, between Senatore Cappelli durum wheat and the soft grains of ancient Verna and Gentilrosso varieties, becoming aware of the different crops that we grow with the ancient method of rotation, to guarantee the right fertility to the soil. Depending on the seasons we will see the legumes in their pods, ready to be harvested, the olive groves in bloom, the cereals that are starting to mature. A special surprise for your children will be the breeding of chianine cattles in the wild, which we can see grazing in our meadows or drinking from the natural springs.
